Version 5.1

Purpose:
The Environmental committee will conduct risk Assessment twice year to identify potential
risk on the farm.
Scope:
Environmental Office Department
Responsible:
Environmental Officer
Description of procedure

1. Environment Risk assessment will be done twice in a year by environmental officer

and team
2. The risk assessment will address all departments of the farm activities
3. The environmental officer will carry out the risk assessment
4. Based on that the potential risk and hazards will be identified
5. Report will be submitted to the management body
6. Environmental officer and the management will discuss and decide the prevention and
mitigation method
7. These methods and action will proposed to the owner
8. The owner will decide or approve the prevention and mitigation methods
9. The prevention methods and mitigation actions will be disseminated to all employees
10. Finally the administration and the environmental officer will follow up the action.
