    Purpose:
    Elite Agro LLC has made a procedure to identify all the OSH related issues.

    Scope:
    OSH Officer Department
    Responsible:
    OSH Officer
    Description of procedure:
    1. WHO: OSH Officer and Committee
    2. WHAT: Identify OSH issues at Elite Agro LLC flowers in the following working area's:
    a. Grading
    b. Greenhouse
    c. Field
    d. Compost
    e. Burning Area
    f. Soak away
    g. Store (general)
    h. Fertiliser Store
    i. Chemical store
    j. Fertigation room
    k. Workshop
    l. Canteen.
    3. HOW: Using Check list Appendix A, every working area will be identified.
    4. WHEN: Monthly. During committee meetings to do list will be made and checked and
    deadlines will be set.
