Description of procedure
The OSH Committee will conduct once a year a Risk Assessment to identify potential risks on the
farm.
1. OSH risk assessment will be done twice in a year by OSH committee members with OSH
officer.
2. The risk assessment will address all departments of the farm activities.
3. The OSH committee will carry out the risk assessment.
4. Based on that the potential risk and hazards will be identified.
5. The committee discusses and decides the prevention method and mitigation action.
6. These methods and actions proposed to the owner.
7. The owner will decide or approve the prevention method and mitigation actions.
8. The prevention method and mitigation actions are disseminated to all employees.
9. Finally the administration and the OSH committee will follow up the action.
