1.0 Opening Remark Info

Mr. Norazan welcomed all members

He shared lifeboat fatality from other rig in Malaysia
operation. He reminded Contractor’s team to have
supervisor in every task. He also highlight
administration issue, regarding contractor shall provide
high impact safety gloves to their crew.
Refer to new revision of PPE guideline that utilized All Nov 14
cotton gloves/polkadot is not allowed in PETRONAS
operation

Mr.Heru reminded to Contractor, that Lamongan

Supply Base/LSB is first filter for materials and
equipments prior send to Rig. He encourages LSB team
to do this function accordingly. There for he requested
contractor shall follow PETRONAS requirement ie: valid
certificate in place, put manifest and weight indicator.

Visitor shall report to tool pusher when will go
to in the rig floor
