Rosalia

Rosalia Vila i Tobella, known as Rosalia, is a famous Spanish singer who was born on
the 25th September 1993 in Sant Esteban de Sasroviras. Rosalia is not only a singer,
but also a songwriter. She started singing when she was 15 years old. She is famous
for her trailblazing flamenco crossover sound, fusing flamenco with electronic beats,
reguetón and other modern elements. When I listen to her, I feel joyful, optimistic and
very motivated.

The first time I listened to one of Rosalia’s song was at the age of 13. Since then I
haven’t stopped listening to her, but unfortunately I have never been to any of her
concerts. I haven’t got only one favourite song, but some, as for example “Malamente”,
“Con altura”, “Juro que”, “Milionària” and “TKN”.
She has won 25 awards Her first award arrived in 2018 with her album “El mal querer”
with which she got a Grammy.
