    Construction Planning

    Construction planning is defined a collaborative Construction industry involving a multi-

    disciplinary team, which includes the owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and

    contractors (Sun, 1999). However project management industry various processes from early

    design brief stage to design by construction stage and lastly to the post practical completion

    stage (RIBA, 2007). One of the important processes that ensure the construction project is

    planning and scheduling (Gould and Joyce, 2000). According to (Mohamed, 2012, p.22)

    “even experienced construction planners find it impossible to build/design master

    construction plan at the first attempt”. Hence construction planning is

    revealed in the fact that developing construction plans (Hendrickson, 2000, p.50).
