Terminal Unit This is a 3-speed pressure independent VAV fan terminal unit, designed to fitted within a 600 mm x 600 mm raised floor system with an airflow accuracy control of ± 5 %. The unit will be supplied with a supply and return air linear bar aluminium floor grilles, including a-double inlet centrifugal supply air fan, a washable wire mesh filter on the suction side of the fan, a Belimo VAV Compact controller and a wall mounted temperature sensor and, a 3-meter length 3-core PVC insulated power supply cable complete with a 13 Amp 3-pin plug. The wall sensor and controller will only allow the building occupants to adjust the fan speed manually. If needed, the wall-mounted sensor can be mounted within the TFTU, located just behind the return air grille.
