regarding the case expenses being reimbursable from client or not.

2) The software already provides for recording of EIL’s expenses towards lawyers, arbitrators
relating to litigation and arbitration. A new provision is to be made in software to record cost of
EIL efforts for reimbursable jobs.

3) A provision to be made in legal software under which legal department can enter a detail
regarding “capping on expenditure.” In the chart showing the legal cases under “Legal
Expenditure”  “Case Details”, another column to be added as following (in purple):

5) Under tab “Report” in the drop down list, legal cases pertaining to same/ similar matter should
appear simultaneously. Provision to be made in legal software which permits the legal
