Business profile gives a general idea of what a business is about
indicating values, objectives mission, vision, of your business
and gives an idea of where your business is headed.
BACKGROUND
The business was started with various entrepreneurs with
various skills and ideas adopted from various sources around
2014 with which they were head by Ms. Racheal who came up
with the idea of developing various fashions and lifestyles of
the youth and ladies at large which was situated along Kampala
Road near William Street which is still of existence.
The company with its aim of offering unique brand products to
customers more so the youth and women, various fashions
were adopted which attracted many youths for instance
clothing’s like baggy shirts, high waist jeans of various designs
that differentiated them from various fashion business around
town.
By 2021 the business expanded to large and big shop with an
increase of employees in the number from 2 to 5 workers
which showed a great improvement to my classic beauty
fashion.
MISSION
To provide our customers with the best quality, adorable finest
trending designs at affordable prices to acquire the central
when making decisions for your designs to all residents of
Kampala and the far way customers at a least cost for all goods.
VISION
To be the adorable fashion designers around the globe at
customers’ expectations in the area and far away. To be the
world’s most customer centric business attracting every client
onto purchasing our products.

As a fashion design business we are determined and focused
onto meeting and fulfilling customers’ needs with hard work we
also endure even hard times in pursuit of our goals being
reliable and dependable always to our customers.
BUSINESS STRATEGY
Highly aim at product differentiation with the belief and
emergency of various designs till update we have highlighted
our superior technology, styling to differentiate our brands
from other fashion business around the globe.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVE
To reduce employees turnover and increase satisfaction,
employees are more likely to contribute valuable projects and
ideas if they enjoy working at a company and with this the
business should focus on improving employee satisfaction.
To reach out to more community members when a business
wholly engages with the community this will enable them to
connect with potential local customers and establish stronger
relationships boosting brand recognition.
BUSINESS GOAL
Increase the overall brand awareness of the business by 10%
over the next coming years.
We offer various products that suit our target market that is the
youths being the adorable and specific choice of our business
due to the activities involved in such as labelling, designing that
are preferably required to fashion of their age bracket for
instance on clothing’s like T-shirts, all sorts of dresses that have
different styles on trend.
As a team of Racheal classic fashion with our skills as a core
team we shall endure to offer the various trending fashions and
styles on market that will differentiate our customers and meet
their expectations.
