Marketing Strategy
Make the most out of our promotion. It can be hard to make profit in the bakery business
without having unique and high-quality products. However, if we do not promote them, people
will never find out thar our cakes and pastries are the best in town. One of the great advantages
of a timely promotion is that it can turn a random buyer into a regular customer.
Be nice to our customers. To improve bakery profits, we need to find the right way to
communicate with our customers. Figure out who frequents our place, get to know them better,
and find out what their interests are. We try our best to develop meaningful relationships with
our customers. Good service means that we remember our regulars’ favorite cakes and pastries.
Tap into social media. There are some bakery promotion ideas, for instance campaigns on social
media, that do not require a large investment, but which still work well for raising people’s
awareness of our brand. Instagram or Facebook are the perfect platform to share beautiful
pictures of our products, interior design, and team.

ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

This section describes the form of business organization, the liability of the owner, the
organizational structure, the role of the owner, and the proposed salary.

Form of business organization

Swirls ‘n’ Stuff is a form of limited liability company whereas we separate our personal
responsibilities from the company’s debts or liabilities since Swirls ‘n’ Stuff is a new company.
The limited liability company is a corporate structure that protects its owners from being
personally pursued for repayment of the company's debts or liabilities. Limited liability
companies are permitted under state statutes, and the regulations governing them vary from
state to state. LLC owners are generally called members.
Many states don't restrict ownership, meaning anyone can be a member including individuals,
corporations, foreigners, foreign entities, and even other LLCs. Some entities, though, cannot
form LLCs, including banks and insurance companies.
An LLC is a formal partnership arrangement that requires articles of organization to be filed with
the state. An LLC is easier to set up than a corporation and provides more flexibility and
protection for its investors.

Liability of owner
Ownership liability is the extent to which the owners of a business are personally responsible for
business debts. With unlimited liability, such as found in proprietorships and partnerships, the
owners of the business are personally responsible for company debts. Since Swirls ‘n’ Stuff is an
LLC, all LLC owners are protected from personal liability for business debts and claims, because
only LLC assets are used to pay off business debts, LLC owners stand to lose only the money that
they've invested in the LLC. This feature is often called "limited liability."

Organizational structure
Role of the owner
The key role of a business owner is to contribute, looking for ways to become an ever more
valuable person in every area of your business. Including to employees, partners, suppliers, and
your customers. Part of business owner job description and responsibility is to strengthen the
business on the inside while expanding the business on the outside. At the same time, business
owner is to maximize revenue, profit, cash flow, income, and long-term net worth, by
consistently producing greater results and performance from the same time, the same effort,
the same activities, the same people, and the same money invested in your business. Secondly
to continually reduce cost, and neutralize or eliminate weaknesses, risk and threats and develop
a strategic competitive advantage to combat increasing competition.
