3. Bidding w ill be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-<iiscretlonory *poss/foll~ criterion
as spedfied in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) ofRepublic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise
known as the *Government Procurement Reform Act. N

Bidding Is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations w ith at
least seventy five percent (75%) Interest or outstanding copitol stock belonging to citizens of the Phll/pp/nes.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further Information from Munklpallty of Tuy and Inspect the Bidding Documents at
the address given below from B:OO am -5:00 pm.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by Interested bidders on October 5, 2022 from the address
below and upon payment of the opplicoble fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the lat est Guidelines Issued
by the GPPB, in the amount of Rve hundred pesos (Php 500.00) f or project with ABC of 500,000.00 and below and
One thousand pesos {1.,000.00} for project w ith ABC of more than 500,000 to 1,000,000.00

6. Pre-Bid Conference Is on October 13, 2022 at 10:00AM, Office of the Bids and Awards Committee.

7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC 5ecretorlot at the address below on or before Ocwber 25, 2022 at 3:00PM.
All 6ids must be accom{itiriled by a bid security In any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated In ITB.

8. Bid opening shall be on October 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee, Tuy
Municipal Building, Munld pallty of Tuy, Bats. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives
who choose to attend the bidding. Late bids shall not be accepted.

9. The Munk/polity af Tuy reserves the right to reject ony and all bids, declare o failure of bidding, or not award the
con tract at any time prior to contract award In accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and Its /RR, without thereby
Incurring ony liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
