In MS Excel, Functions are predefined formulas that perform calculations by using specific
values, called arguments, in a particular order, or structure. Functions can be used to perform
simple or complex calculations. All spreadsheet programs include common functions that can be
used for quickly finding the sum, average, count, maximum value, and minimum value for a range
of cells. In light of this, please respond to the following questions.

1. Describe how you would use MS Excel's SUM function.

criteria). To highlight cells that contain values that satisfy a specific requirement, utilize
conditional formatting. It is found on the Home tab, group of Styles. In light of this, please respond
