Culture and Arts Council has prepared cultural programs that will enrich the cultural awareness and
appreciation of cultural shows using a digital platform (virtual performance). We believe that culture and arts

event “TINUBDANAN: A Celebration of Arts and Culture in the Visayas”. This virtual Culture and Arts program
will be the pioneering online support program in the arts in Visayas. Your participation will make this cultural
