When performing welding or cutting in poor
ventilation or confined space, the danger of inhaling
the fumes could result in long term safety and health
issue to the welder/fitter/foreman

1. Use of inappropriate/non-matching Size or Speed
(RPM) of Air Tools - Angle Grinders with Abrasive
Consumables (Cutting, Grinding, Mop Discs).

expired. Cutting or Grinding discs.
3. Abrasive consumables not stored or handled properly
and angle grinders are maintained according to
manufacturer’s recommendations.
