Winterfest Meeting with Junior Class

Location: Mr. Perez’s Classroom (P11)
Attendance: Lucia Perez, Devin Fitzpatrick, Kylee Brown, Jenna Skavdahl, Ava Brocchini, Ava
Keast, Payton Miller Kay, Alizeh Ali, Katie Rhodes, Allie Camara, Spencer Redula

Meeting called to order at 12:24

Window idea:
1. Orange poster
a. White tissue paper, make a candy bar
b. Gumball machine, bowl, and “candies”
c. Hanging boxes of candies or lollipops saying “Juniors”
d. Rainbow on poster
e. Gold skirt under the window & more decor around the window
2. The group likes this idea, and small changes made

Dress-up days:
1. Jolly Rancher- Western Dress
2. Sour Patch Kids- Bright colors

To Buy:
1. Command strips
2. Colorful plates x2
a. Pastel colors
*POs have been made, awaiting signature from Morty, to be completed and turned in by NOV.
4th.

Donation:
1. Cheer is donating some supplies and decorations from their “Candyland” float during
HOCO

Cart Decorations:
1. Visit and call Home Depot to use the cart
a. Orange color and class color so Home Depot works really well
2. Posterboard
a. Poking out holes for lighting up(LED Lights) board game
i. Light up ℅ the 2024 sign on the front of the cart(In PO)

Gym Decorations/Bleachers:
 1. The poster will be a board game with levels of the game, 2, 0, 2, 4
a. People’s faces on the levels of the game

Dance:
1. In the process of finding music and songs for the dance
2. Options as of 11/3/22
a. “Lollipop”
b. “Candy Shop”
c. “Candy Man”
i. No Songs are set or official, just ones that were discussed
