Greetings in the Name of Public Service!

I am Shelley Ysabel P. Busa, an undergraduate from University of Rizal System — Rodriguez Campus
taking up Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Through this letter, I am expressing my intention, with
your permission from your benevolent office, to transfer from Rodriguez Campus to Angono Campus
and change my bachelor’s degree program from Bachelor of Science in Social Work to Bachelor of
Secondary Education, Major in Filipino.

The reasons I am requesting for transfer is I realized that my current course is not suitable to my
personality and abilities. In addition, I am struggling with certain aspects in pursuing Bachelor of
Science in Social Work, I want to pursue Education and be a teacher someday. Furthermore, we are
currently experiencing financial instability wherein my guardian cannot afford my expenses in
transportation, allowances, and dorm fees during my stay in Rodriguez Campus.

I understand that it may be difficult to change my degree since I am shifting during the Second
Semester, but my education is an utmost priority. If it would help, I would be delighted to discuss
