women. How are women portrayed in this song? What words are used to
describe men and women? What verbs are used to discuss them? If there
is a music video, how are men and women portrayed? How would you write
a more gender-fair version of this song?

Magda - a short form for "Magdalena" - is one of his songs, and it tells the
narrative of childhood sweethearts Magdalena and Ernesto. As I listened to the song's
preview, it really was clear that 'Magda'-short for Magdalena-is a commentary on the
unfortunate turn of affairs for many of our young innocent girls who have been fooled
and led astray, stuck miserably and hopelessly in the city as "lady of the night."
for pleasure and profit. In the end, this might result in greater success or a lady in a
damaged emotional condition.
The verbs are used to discuss them: “Tulog sa umaga gising sa gabi. Ang bibig at
pintig ng puso para sa kanya. At sa sayawan matapos kaming makapagtapos. Bakit
'di ka makawala sa kadena. Imbis na ako'y sagipin itinulak sa bangin.”
to this problem all throughout the world. Women's empowerment is to enable them
stand on equal footing with men. It is a necessary first step in ensuring the prosperous
evolution of both a family and a country. By empowering women, the world will
undoubtedly experience gender equality and enable women from all walks of life to
stand on their own and direct their own lives. "Feminism's goal is not to empower
women." Women are already powerful. It is about influencing how the rest of the
world perceives your power." Since ancient times, women have had less opportunities
and options to develop their abilities and expertise. Despite the fact that the world is
made up of both men and women. Women have empowered and spoken up for other
women while advocating for equality.

Interview your mother or aunt, as well as your grandmother or an elderly woman
and ask them what they consider the most pressing problems of women in their
generation. Also think about the pressing issues faced by women today. Write
your findings. Attach documentations.

A lot of issues and problems of women suffer in the past generation. When my aunt
narrating how the life is going on in the generation of my grandmother, I feel blessed
because right now other issues not exist and didn’t happen in this generation.
Women had few of the legal, social, and political rights that are now taken for granted
at the turn of the century: they could not vote, sue or be sued, testify in court, had extremely
limited control over personal property after marriage, were rarely granted legal custody of
their children in cases of divorce, and were barred from higher education institutions.
Women were supposed to remain submissive to their husbands and fathers. Their career
options were likewise severely constrained. Middle- and upper-class women often stayed at
home to care for their children and administer the family. Lower-class women frequently
worked outside the house, but generally as low-wage domestic workers or factory and mill
employees. Men were often the major "breadwinners," with women supposed to stay at home
to raise children, clean, cook, and offer a safe refuge for returning husbands. I’ll also ask my
aunt did the martial law affect many women? “Sabi ni nanay nga maraming na-rape at
namatay na babae, grabi yung panahon nay un.. Kwento lang rin ni Bae Pasing kay nanay”.
Torture, rape, death, hatred, sadness, and suffering were all common experiences for women

throughout the Martial Law era. Their tales warn us that deleting the past will remove their
memories - their anger, agony, and pain. Their experiences remind us that 1972 isn't just a
random year, Ferdinand Marcos isn't just a president of the Philippines, and Martial Law isn't
simply a historical event to memorize for a test.
We are so blessed that moment will never experience it. But right now, a lot of gender
discrimination, and violence’s among women. “Babae ka lang” a word that our society still
to be heard. Women are not treated differently than males just because they are more
intelligent. It is taken for granted that women can perform the same tasks as males. Gender
discrimination in the workplace is based on false beliefs that must be abandoned since
women are just as effective as male employees when it comes to completing assigned tasks.
But in the leadership, male is more dominant rather than female. Men have always held the
majority of leadership and power positions because they have always required (and continue
to require) resources that raise their potential or real value in the "race and market of mating
and reproduction.". But I truly believe that when women become leaders, they offer new
perspectives, as well as structural and cultural diversity, to the organizations for which they
work, resulting in more successful solutions. Women with different perspectives and a
feeling of awareness might investigate more small details to discover what is going on
underneath the surface.
