Purpose and background of the project


Awareness on Healthy Lifestyle is a reminder for everyone to live healthier lives. The main key for
the society to live a healthy lifestyle is to find balance in what they eat and drink and to do exercise
or other healthy activities and to encourage people to practice a healthy lifestyle.

2. Justification on why the project is important to be shared to community.


A healthy lifestyle may be defined as a manner of life that reduces the risk of serious illness or
premature death. The advantages are that it can help to prevent people from having chronic
diseases like heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

-encourage people to do Exercise daily by running, jogging, playing sports, dancing or brisk walking,
by doing some sport event
- provide exposure to the benefits of diet in daily life by consuming nutritious foods for examples eat
three nutritional meals a day with all the food groups (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and
minerals)
-explain to people why we must Make sure to get enough sleep, i.e., 7-8 hours per night and Don’t
sleep too much or too less, because either can lead to fatigue
-encourage them to start living a healthy lifestyle, there’s no turning back to old, unhealthy ways
-tell them to Avoid harmful habits like smoking, drinking, drugs,

The level of awareness among society towards living a healthy lifestyle has increased as most of the
participants take a good care of their health. The results from this research also have proven the fact
that it is vital to know the importance of living a healthy lifestyle because it can shape people’s
awareness to start practicing a healthy living.
