Zero conditional
This type of conditional is used in situations in which, if a condition is met, the same result always
occurs, it is used to express facts that are always true, such as scientific facts, scientific laws,
general truths, etc. Something that we know is real and will happen for sure.

Only in this conditional can we substitute if for when without altering the meaning of the sentence.
Structure:
