any manufacturing or service providing organization you can get willing
staff who are ready to give you rich information for the questionnaire below!
 Select only two departments and ask 50% of workers in each department,
from the organization you are working, for your academic assignment
 Compare the two departments level of job satisfaction and summarize the
overall job satisfaction of the organization
 Based on the response you get from respondents write maximum of ten
pages analysis, conclusion and recommendations!
 Make sure that each student’s company is different, any redundancy is
unacceptable!

I am a Post Graduate student pursuing a degree of Masters of Business Administration. As part

of Organizational Behavior course requirement, I am expected to carry out a mini job satisfaction

survey as specified above. I therefore, humbly request your assistance and cooperation in
