Task Description:

The goal of the task is to design a web based text content annotation tool. Your design should
support the following functionalities.

Expected Functionalities:
1. Functionality to see list of text records with pager.
2. Functionality to select specific text record
3. Functionality to see list of labels, such as: Person, Organization, Location
4. Functionality to annotate part of the text with a label
a. Annotation means for example marking all the mentions of the word ‘Barack
Obama’ as with a label ‘Person’.
b. Annotation can be color coded.
5. Functionality to delete annotations
6. Functionality to mark each text record as completed
7. Functionality to see list of current annotations for a currently selected text.
