Summary

Joy is a consultant, data scientist, software developer, tech leader, and innovator who has
delivered many creative and engaging solutions in massive-scale technologies. He rewarded as
an Alibaba Cloud Most Valuable Professional in Big Data 3x, in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

As a technology professional, his experience demonstrated in various industries such as

technology, transportation, healthcare, public health, education, environment, energy, e-
commerce, finance, telco, and macroeconomics. He also actively participates and involves in
various technology communities and events. 

Joy is also known for his work on the acceleration handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in
Indonesia. He developed the Tele Sehat Desa, Tele Detection, and Sistem Informasi Satu Pintu,
which is a combination of several important information systems in handling COVID-19. For his
work, the Minister of Health at that time gave a token of appreciation to the Indonesian
Minister of Health and appointed as Technical Advisor to the Minister by dr. Terawan Agus
Putranto.
