Subject: Petition to open a Corporation Law class during

the First Semester, AY 2022 – 2023

Dear Ma’am:

Good day!

May we, the undersigned students, respectfully request that a

Corporation Law class be offered this coming semester of the
Academic Year 2022 – 2023.

We humbly ask that we may be given the chance to take the said
class, as some of us are hoping to graduate at the end of the
academic year. Historically, Corporation Law was offered during the
second semester, with the same time slot as Trial Technique. It is
also a prerequisite for Commercial Law Review, which will be
offered in the second semester. Completing the subject in the first
semester will allow us to enroll in the regular subjects in the second
semester under our curriculum.

Last July, we submitted a similar petition for Corporation Law to be

offered during the summer term to the College’s former dean, Atty.
Venancio C. del Rosario, Jr. Unfortunately, our petition was not
granted, although the former Dean responded that the subject was
to be opened in the first semester. Notwithstanding, we understand
that the matter now lies entirely upon your discretion, Ma’am.

Not included in the undersigned are our four classmates who are
also interested to take the requested class, should the schedule be
favorable.

Rest assured that we will give our best to excel in all our subjects,
regardless of the outcome of this petition. We hope this request
merits your consideration and favor.
