SUBJECT: REASON FOR STAYING FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS IN MASTERAL
DEGREE

Dear Ms. Ma. Teresa Bejar,

I am writing this letter to explain or give my reasons what took me
more than five years in Masteral Degree.
I started my Masteral Degree on the year 2017 as a full time student.
On the year 2018 I was able to find a job in a part time position at
the same time I continued my Masteral degree.
On the year 2019 I was able to finish my outline presentation
unfortunately I wasn’t able to proceed with the proposal defense
because I am actually having hard times when it comes to my topic or
what topic will best fit me or my personality or a topic that I can
give justice to that’s why I am undecided during those times and I
chose the second topic that I had more than the first choice I have.
On the year 2020 I wasn’t able to enroll because the company where I
started as a part time already hired me as a full time employee and
the pandemic started. With us looking for a source of income that’s
why I didn’t enroll that year.
On the year 2021 I enrolled and changed my topic to my first choice. I
finished my outline presentation but then again I wasn’t able to
proceed with the proposal defense and I communicated with my thesis
adviser during that time about work matters. I wasn’t able to proceed
with the proposal defense that time because the company where I am
currently working until now had a problem with their former employees
and that’s the time when the school president together with the
administration gave us all employees appended duties even though it is
not our forte but what can we do we just accepted the duties given to
us and to help the company. Since the former employees filed a case
against the institution and the school admin ask us to help them
regarding the case our former colleagues filed by producing the papers
needed for the case and since they are our former colleagues we
already know which one is correct and which one is not. As for me I
signed as a full time instructor and the appended duty given to me is
on the Finance Department. During that time, I cannot do teaching,
studying and preparing the files on the finance department that is
needed on the case that’s why I sacrificed my masteral degree for the
meantime. More than a year helping the institution in the case is
already enough, that’s why I talked to the school president that I
will give up my appended duty for now until I finish my Masteral
degree so that I can focus and commit my time to my thesis writing.

SUBJECT: PROMISORY LETTER

Dear Ms. Ma. Teresa Bejar

I am writing this letter to promise that I will finish the subjects I
wasn’t able to finish without lapses since I already gave up my
appended duty until I finish my Masteral Degree as written on the
letter before this. Rest assured that I can give my full commitment in
finishing the subjects I left and finish my degree this time.

I hope you or the university rather can grant me a chance to continue

my Masteral Degree.

SUBJECT: AWARE OF REPERCUSSIONS

Dear Ms. Ma. Teresa Bejar

I am still hoping that you will reconsider my letter ma’am and that
you can still carry the subjects I’ve already taken in the Masteral
Degree .

I can take some refresher subjects if you would ask me to. Anyways
ma’am I whatever result you will give me I will accept it hopefully
not going back to zero ma’am please ma’am please do reconsider the
subjects I’ve already taken. I am willing to accept the consequences
of staying for more than five years in the Masteral Degree.

I hope for the good result and for your consideration ma’am.
