1. Leadership traits
Alertness,bearing,courage,decisiveness,dependability,endurance,enthusiasm,initiative,
integrity,judgement,knowledge,loyalty and sense of humor.
2. Morals
The positive state of mind gives a feeling of confidence and well-being, that enables a
person to face hardship with courage, will power and determination. It depends upon
his attitude towards everything that affects him and his follow member of the group.
3. Freedom to be considered for evaluation
• Expression of individual member showing enthusiasm in the activities they do
• A good reputation among peers and others
• A strong competitive spirit
• Willing participation by the members in group activities
• The belief that their group is better than any other group
• Readiness on the part of the member to help one another
4. Discipline
• It means quick and willing obedience to instructions. Taking appropriate
action without wasting time when instructions are absent. Voluntary on self-
discipline among the member of the group beings in better results in the long
run.
