Butterfly chicken

8 Drumsticks
Marinade
700 ml powdered orange juice
1 bulb minced garlic
1T salt
2T Black Pepper

Combine all ingredients for marinade. Put chicken and soak for 30 minutes.
Prepare bread crumbs and fry.

2 pcs mango for toppings


4 1/2 c milk
Addd 2 T cornstarch
Slice mango into cubes and place on a pan. Mash mango until it turns into a puree. Set aside

500 g APC
3/4c condensed
2 c fruit cocktail
1/4c melted butter
Prepare pan and press crumb mixture
Beat all purpose cream and add condensed milk
To assemble:
1st layer-bread , cream, fruit cocktail, leche flan slice freeze overnight

Mango Ice cream


Chocolate cupcake 8 pcs
2 bars All purpose cream
3/4 condensed milk
cubes of mango 2cups
For the toppings:
Gelatine
1/2 c Mango puree
1/2 T Gelatine knox
1/3 c Hot water
Procedure:
In a container put chocolate bars. Pressed well. Set aside.
In a bowl of warm water dissolve the gelatine and add pureed mango.
Beat condensed milk and All-Purpose cream.
To assemble
1st layer chocolate bars
All-Purpose Cream
Cubes of manggo
Top with pureed mango. Chill overnight.

Butter Cookies
1 bar unsalted butter

1/4 c powdered sugar

1 t vanilla

1 egg

2 1/2 c flour

Beat butter add powdered sugar add vanilla, add one egg, add flour continue beating till well

blended.
