Asado Pork Roll

5 pcs nori Japanese Seaweed


1/2 kg Pork Tender loin Morcon style slice
5 pcs fiesta ham

Sauce:
3 pcs rock salt
1/4 c soy sauce
1T Oyster Sauce
1T Hoisen Sauce
1T CharSui Sauce

Filling:
1/4 c soy sauce
2 T green and red pepper
1/3 c Cream Cheese, Softened

1. Place filling ingredients in a bowl. Blend well. Set aside.


2. Pork Roll: Place the thinly sliced pork tender loin in a flat surface.
Place a sheet of nori on it, followed by ham spread filling on top.
3. Carefully roll the meat and secure with string. The recipe can yield five
rolls.
4. Place rock sugar in a sauce pan. Melt sugar over low heat.
5. Add the pork roll and coat evenly with melted sugar. Immediately add
to cover the meat.
6. Allow to cook for 20 t0 30 minutes or until meat is thouroughly cook
but not dry.Adjust seasoning.
7. Upon srving, slice pork roll into serving pieces. Garnishedd with quail
eggs and vegetable of your choice.
8. Make 8 to 10 servings
