In this essay we will give our opinion on snowboarding and why we consider it should not
be banned in the world of extreme sports based on different reasons that we think are the
most important and also are the ones that have made us take this position of practicing
snowboarding under the responsibility that each one has to take on when they decide to
practice it.
In first place, snowboarding helps to foment and improve social relationships. Because this
sport is uniquely practiced on snow, tons of families go out in order to practice their skills.
Also, this sport foments healty competitiveness thanks to the tournaments that are made.
Lastly, it motivates foreigners to travel and practice it, meeting new places and people.
Also the practice of this sport will improve your mental and physical health. The
snowboarding helps the mind and body, this sport offers good exercise because your body
works at a fast heart rate and this is a good for a healthy life. Also the snowboarding is a
sport that activate your body because when you practicing this your brain releases
endorphine, this is a neurological chemical in charge of filings whit the happiness o welfare
Snowboarding is one of the most dangerous extreme sport due to its high injury rate, also
cause the injuries involves are generally of high severity causing even death, we can name
knee injuries from impacts at the time of falls, also include snow burns Which imply an
important gravity for the skin, since they can cause amputation due to frostbite in
extremities, another important risk are the trauma cranioencephalic, which can cause
irreversible damage.
The main reason why this sport should not be canceled is because despite the fact that
there is a risk, those who practice this discipline train enough and are aware of the
consequences that an error in the play can include. They are informed so that they make
the decision to continue or desist.
