DRRM Capability Building of Teachers, School head, SPG, Parents and
Stakeholders

This School
1. The GAA of 2013, RA no. 10352 requires all agencies including the Department of
education to formulate a DRRM Plan and Budget designed to address hazard issues
and implement applicable provisions under RA no. 9701 that DRRM plan and budget
shall have integrated in the regular activities of the school utilizing the 5% budget of
the agency.
2. To provide school head, teacher, learners, parents and stakeholders with the
knowledge, skills and right attitudes towards the situation of preventing, controlling on
mandate and natural disaster brought about by nature.
3. Capacitate the school head, teachers, learners, parents and stakeholders on legal
basis of Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) and DepEd Child Protection
Policy as embodied in RA 7610.
4.Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel, SPG President, PTA President and Vice
President expected at Rovers Place, Poblacion II, Lebak, Sultan Kudarat on April 7,
2022 at exactly 8:00 AM.
5. Program on this Capability Building is Attached.
6. Meals and Snacks and other incidental expenses incurred in attending this activity
shall be charged against the School Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses
(MOOE) subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
