Level D: Certified Project Management Associate able to apply project management knowledge when working in a project.

Program Structure
IPMA Certification Program: The Certification Assessment/ Examination (3 days) will be administered by an Independent Certification Body i.e. PMA
Cert, Certification Body (CB) of PMA India as per announced exam schedule and venue. The Assessment will be by two independent Assessors and
consist of Two Written exams, Workshop (Group Task), review of application documents, CDP and Project Report etc. followed by face to face Interview
of 45 minutes duration, with each candidate.

IPMA C : Certified Project Manager
Eligibility Criteria Min. 5 years of PM experience, out of which 3 years in responsible leadership functions of non-complex projects

Application - Application with CV, Co. Profile, Details of Projects handled during last 5 years
Documents - Self assessment on the 46 competence elements
- Experience Report on last Project

Assessment - Project Report, Competence Development Plan review & Group Task evaluation by Assessors
- 2 written exams each of 2 Hrs. duration (Basic and Level)
- Interview by 2 Assessors for 45 minutes each candidate
Written Exam - Questions to assess ability to think logically - like multiple choice selection, fill-in the blanks, write short answers
Questions - Open essay - proposal, calculations & process description
- Intellectual task - mini case study with questions
Competence - During the process of self assessment & report writing, each candidate is expected to assess those specific areas of
Development Plan competence elements which need to be addressed and works out an individual Competence Development Plan to
self manage the same so that self development objectives are met and he is able to bridge the gaps.
No. of Competence elements to be addressed in the CDP are 15 i.e. Technical 6, Behavioural 5 and Contextual 4.

• Registration fee is non refundable. However, alternate persons can be nominated.
