    Student Poster Presentation Submission Guidelines

     The Scientific Poster must be prepared in landscape orientation.


     Title of Scientific Poster along with Presenter’s names, Institution must be legibly
    present on the Poster. No names of guiding staff should be mentioned in the
    presentation. Mention of any such names would amount to disqualification of the
    Scientific Paper Presentation.
     Duration of each Scientific Poster Presentation should not exceed 3 minutes. This
    will be followed by a 2-minute Q & A, the schedule of which will be informed in
    advance.
     The material of the poster should be flex. Enlarged photocopies or handwritten
    posters will not be accepted.
     The poster generally should read from left to right, and top to bottom. Numbering
    the individuals panels, or connecting them with arrows is a standard "guidance
    system”.
     Select a font size that is readable from at least 3 ft. and dimension of the poster
    must be 3 x 2.
     Be there with your posters in the hall half an hour before.
