JANUARY 9, 2023

I.ATTENDANCE
1. Fr. Alvin Codilla

II. READINGS OF THE MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING

1. The Minutes of the meeting have been moved for approval by Fr. Loloy
Jumawan and seconded by Fr. Nestor Soriano.

III. BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

1. Fr. Jun shared that Archbishop Jose S. Palma cannot attend the Fiesta Mass
on February 29 as he has an appointment in Manila. The team decided to
have Msgr. Roger Fuentes to preside the mass together with the installation
of Hermano/a Mayor and Minor, and the launching of restrooms. The Baptism
will start at 12:00nn as well.

IV. AGENDA
1. Fr. Alvin stated that the booklets have arrived and are now ready for sale
worth P100.
2. The team reviewed the requirements needed for outside masses. There is no
more need to have a permit unless for a big occasion such as Sinulog.

V. PRIEST REPORTS, CONCERNS, OBSERVATION, AND, SUGGESTIONS

Fr. Dennis Boltron
1. Fr. Dennis talked about their preparation for Sto.Nino mass where the first
novena mass will start on January 19. He also started the printing of
participation letters for the upcoming fiesta.
2. The novena masses start at 5:30PM. There will be a Walk with Jesus on
January 19 at dawn and Walk with Mary on January 29. A holy procession for
Snr.Sto.Nino will still be held after the Fiesta Mass on January 29.
3. There will be a renewal for lectors, psalmist and gift bearers a week after their
seminar.

Fr. Nestor Soriano

1. The St. Thomas de Villanueva Parish will host the Catechist vicariate meeting
on January 18 and will also provide snacks and lunch.
 2. Fr. Nestor shared on his process of gathering data in Poblacion. He also
thought of having a mass wedding for unmarried couples for families in that
area.

Fr. Loloy Jumawan

1. Fr. Loloy shared giving seminars for BEC estimated in March.

Other Matters
1. The team talked about slowly bringing back the regular weekly and monthly
mass such as from Looc and Suba.
