II. Recollection proper

The theme of the third recollection of this formation year was entitled “Faith in this time
of Pandemic” presided over by Fr. Somerset Icalina, OFM.

The recollection started with asking each one about “How is your Faith in this
pandemic time”. Everyone has shared about their moods and feeling before the
Covid-19 dispersal and after Covid 19 scatter.

III. Reading of the previous minutes.

Reading and approval of the minutes of the 12 th Local Chapter was properly observed. It
was read by the assistant secretary Ronn Allen Bautista, OFMNov. After the minutes was read,
Fr. Joe, Fr. Somer together with Br. Al expressed their side comments and corrections about how
the minutes were documented by the previous secretary.

Matters arising from the minutes

 - Water System of our Community c/o Barangay
- Construction of the Hermitage
 The last photographical survey of the hermitage area was successful even
if its rainy days
 Also, the spectacular visit of Fr. Reu in the area of hermitage was
successful.

IV. Chapter Proper

Community Concerns

A. Construction of CR at the second floor of the Chapel

- To be set in the other time and if we have a budget
B. The tent in the front of the Chapel
- Already prepared for the Church goers
C. Our food consumption
- Magtipid and (gulay sa ating garden)
D. Electricity
- Don’t forget to turn off the lights in the night
E. Financial report for the month of September 2020 reported and elaborated by Fr.
Somer

Income Generating

 Candle making
- the community discussed about the income after the selling of candles and agreed
toput in our house fund and about the transparency report of disbursement of
community

Formation Concerns

- Br. Al informed the community that the class for Franciscan History Movement by Br.
Joel Sulse, OFM will be at November 4-6. While the class with Br. Cris Pine, OFM will be on
November 9-11 with the Community of Post Novitiate Formation. on the Third week of
Novemeber will be the Mid-Year Evaluation of Novice

Other matters

- Birthday of tetchie and feeding program

- Kua Javier and Kua Ben view’s of attitude and work
