Bautista showed decisiveness and Integrity by speaking out his

3. Where does courage come from?
In my opinion, I think that courage comes from a person’s values and
determination. If a person is determined to be heard out then they will eventually find the courage to speak up is pressurizing situations.
4. List your three most important values.
First is Courage, being courageous helps you be level-headed in most
situations and think calmly additionally it helps you grow by having the courage to step out of your comfort zone and raise your self- worth. Second would be Respect, for the reason that everyone might have different opinions on certain things that differ from your opinion but what’s important is that you learn to respect each other’s beliefs and bring you opinions together. And lastly is Integrity, it is about being able to freely express your opinions and stand your ground without getting swayed by the beliefs of other people.
If I were Jeanette, I would have insisted that Bob should take
responsibility for the work project they have started. The reason is that Bob could have told Jeanette in advance that they were going to have a family event so they could advance the deadline or found a way to make it somehow anyway. Bob and Jeanette had already discussed the plan thoroughly and she even gave Bob key points to make it easier for him but not only he did left rashly but he did not even follow the instructions and sent her a 3 pages long summary instead of 2.
