WHEREAS, the Nuling Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association appealed to increase

to increase the fare on the routes it is operating, this is due to the prevalent increase on
price of fuel and spare parts;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan is sensible enough to feel the plight of the sector
in keeping with the high prices of fuel and basic implements along with the performance
of their livelihood;

WHEREAS, in consideration to the request of the association and after holding the
public consultation, this august council favorably granted the request of the association;

WHEREAS, on motion of Hon. _______________ and duly seconded by Hon.

_______________;

NOW THEREFORE, Be it Resolved, as it is –

HEREBY RESOLVED, to enact an ordinance to wit:

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE NEW FARE RATES OF NULING TRICYCLE

OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION FOR ITS DIFFERENT ROUTES FROM
NULING GOING TO POBLACION AREAS

Be it Ordinance by the Sangguniang Bayan assembled, that;

Section 1. This Ordinance shall be known as “An Ordinance Approving The New Fare
Rates Of Nuling Tricycle Operators And Drivers Association For Its Different Routes From
Nuling Going To Poblacion Areas.”

Section 2. All tricycles shall observe the regulated fare for its specified routes and the
rate for every succeeding kilometre.

Section 3. The rates of fare shall be as follows:

Section 4. Penal Clause. Any person caught violating this ordinance shall be
penalized accordingly.

First Offense -PhP2,500.00

Second Offense -PhP2,500.00
Third Offense -PhP2,500.00 and cancellation of local
permit/franchise

Section 5. Repealing Clause. The provisions of pertinent ordinance on the

operation of tricycle being imposed by this municipal government inconsistent with this
ordinance are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.

Section 6. Effectivity Clause. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
