single, a bona fide resident Bunguiao, Zamboanga City, and who entering school this
year as a college sophomore, is known to the undersigned Barangay Official as belonging
to a destitute/indigent family whose parents do not have permanent sources of income.

This certification is issued as per request of the above-named student in her quest
to secure for educational assistance extended to indigent college students under a
program of the DSWD Office and for whatever related intent this may serve.
