Throughout the twelve years of schooling and the four years of graduation, I have had a

good
decent performance in academics. Having done fairly well in both the Xth and XIIth boards
and
also being honored by the school motivated me more to pursue higher education and I was
able to bag top position in that also. Though academics played an important role in my life,
what seemed to be a better teacher was the extra-curricular participation I was indulged in. I
have been a part of multiple clubs and societies in college as well as been an active
volunteer at
Robin Hood Army, a global NGO. This active participation paved my way for taking up
positions
of responsibility at various levels in different organizations.
Starting at the graduate level the first major position of responsibility I took was a senior rank
in
the NCC unit of our college, followed by taking up the position of Executive Head at NSS unit
too. One of the major and immensely amazing opportunity came to me in the form of a
national level lead role at Robin Hood Army, that was the first position I could take outside of
my college world. This active participation not only opened the doors of exposure apart from
academics but also made me realize my organizational skills.
I’ve always shown a keen interest in organizational activities and took up initiatives ever
since I
was young, the reason for which could be the constant exposure to business world, as my
father owns a small business, and I always loved to assist him for the time I remember
anything.
I have always found myself having a call for business and this exposure gained from multiple
organizations always kept me involved in all types of trading be it in college society getting
merchandise made for the group or be it in the NGO to get ration organized for 3000 families
during the pandemic without any involvement of even a single penny.
From the learnings of what, all the activities I did in my life I believe that in this fast moving
world, one cannot afford to learn by just making mistakes and a knowledge both conceptual
as
well as practical is a must for having a good business to work, so I plan to first gain the
knowledge and a good practical exposure of working of businesses that's why I aim to have
a
complete package of these two via an MBA, because the way MBA is structured it will not
only
teach me concepts of business but also open doors of many new opportunities to learn from
the practical scenarios and finally providing me with a firm base from where I can set up my
own business.
