❏ Create a Beats folder on your Google Drive and 4 subfolders for MP3’s, MP3’s with

Your Google drive main Beats folder should look similar to the image below.

Your beat store provider will ask you to either upload the Tracked Out Files to their server,
or give them a download link from your personal cloud storage. We recommend uploading
the tracked out files to your Google Drive and sharing the download link with them by
clicking the “Get shareable link” button. That way you are always in control of your files.

Licensing & Pricing

❏ Create at least 3 different (non-exclusive) licensing options, name them and set your
prices. For example:
○ Basic License  Price: $ 30
○ Premium License  Price: $ 80
○ Unlimited License  Price: $ 140

❏ Create your licensing terms and select which audio formats you want to sell with the
different licenses. For example:
○ Basic License  MP3 + WAV
○ Premium License  MP3 + WAV
○ Unlimited License  MP3 + WAV + Tracked Out

❏ Create an exclusive license and set the price for exclusive rights to your beats.

It’s common to sell different audio formats with each license. Your beat store provider will
guide you through the process of setting up your license agreements.

You can also use our licensing templates which you can find here.
