2. Create a Google Doc and compose a response for scenarios 1 to 3 below. Save it in the Google
Drive folder. For scenarios 4 & 5, follow the instructions to send an email for each. (10 points
total)
Scenario 1: You and your client have a scheduled Zoom meeting at 10 AM. You have been waiting for 5
minutes for your client to enter the room and decided to send him a text message and an email. What
would your text message look like and what would you say in the email? (2 points)
Scenario 2: You receive a text message from your client: Hey! I’m under the weather today and will not
be able to meet you this morning. How would you respond to her? (1 point)
Scenario 3: You are currently working on a task that your client has given you, which is due at the end of
your shift. The electricity suddenly goes out due to a faulty transformer in your area. What would be your
text message to your client? (1 point)
Scenario 4: John Smith recently attended a listing presentation that was provided by your client, Paul.
Write a note to John thanking him for participating in the activity. Send this as an email to Mich, Joel, and
Mari-Jo with the subject: Thank You for Your Attendance (3 points)
Scenario 5: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day is coming up and your client, Paul, would like you to draft a
message regarding this upcoming holiday. This message will be printed on cards that will be sent out to
his clients. Send this as an email to Mich, Joel, and Mari-jo with the subject: Happy Martin Luther King,
Jr. Day (3 points)
