This graph shows the Result of the Phil-IRI Pre-Assessment for SY 2022-2023 with 507 pupils from grades 4-6. 213 pupils fall under frustration level, 171 pupils under instructional and
123 pupils are already independent reader. Huge number of learners under frustration level came from grade 4.

Interpretation:

The result of the PHIL-IRI pre-assessment for SY 2022-2023 shows that 42% of the learners in grades 4-6 are independent reader, 34% are under instructional level and
24% falls under frustration.

Interpretation: This graph shows the comparative result of pre and post assessment for 213 under frustration level in Grade 4-6 using FLAT. During the FLAT PRE-Assessment,
8% of the learners cannot read any letter, 13% can read 4-5 letters and 21% of the learners can read 4-5 common words, 41% of the identified learners can read sentences
and 16% of the can read a simple paragraph of simple sentences . During the conduct of POST- Assessment, learners that cannot read any letter decreases to 0%, learners
can read 4-5 letters to1.46%, 28.78% of the learners can read common words, 44.39% can read sentences, 18.05% of learners read simple paragraph of simple sentences
and 7.32% of the learners can read a short story.

Based on the graphical figure, there is NO learner that cannot read any letter in Pantao Elementary School, 11.68% slump on learners that can read only letters , 8.12
% increase on the learners that can read common words, 3.08% progression on the number of learners that can read sentences , 1.62% rise in the number of learners
that can read a simple paragraph and 7.32% reach the higher reading level, can read a short story.

Interpretation: There were 107 identified struggling readers in Grade 4.

The result of the FLAT pre-assessment in Grade 4 shows that there are 15 pupils unable to read any letter, 19 pupils can read 4-5 letters, 5 pupils can read common
words, 49 pupils can read sentence and 19 pupils can read a simple sentence. During the Post -Assessment, NO PUPIL falls under the nothing level (100% decrease on the
number), 1 pupil can read letters (0.93%), 29 pupil can read common words(27.10%), 50 pupil can read sentences and paragraphs (46.73), 18 pupils can read sentences
and paragraphs(16.82%) and 9 pupils can read a story (8.11%).

Interpretation: There were 56 identified struggling readers in Grade 5.

The result of the FLAT pre-assessment in Grade 5 shows that there are 1 pupil unable to read any letter, 8 pupils can read 4-5 letters, 10 pupils can read common
words, 28 pupils can read sentence and 9 pupils can read a simple sentence. During the Post -Assessment, NO PUPIL falls under the nothing level (100% decrease on the
number), 1 pupil can read letters, 15 pupil can read common words, 24 pupil can read sentences and paragraphs AND 18 pupils can read sentences and paragraphs.

Interpretation: There were 150 identified struggling readers in Grade 6.

The result of the FLAT pre-assessment in Grade 50 shows that there are 2 pupils unable to read any letter, 1 pupils can read 4-5 letters, 29 pupils can read common
words, 11 pupils can read sentence, 9 pupils can read a simple sentence and 7 pupils can read simple paragraph of simple sentence. During the Post -Assessment, NO PUPIL
falls under the nothing level (100% decrease on the number), 1 pupil can read , 14 pupil can read common words, 19 pupil can read sentences and paragraphs a 10 pupils
can read sentences and paragraphs and 6 pupils can read short story. The graph shows that there was a significant improvement during the conduct of post assessment.
