The use of teams will provide the business with faster and better solutions to problems. Teams can also provide longer-term improvements to processes and operations. People feel more comfortable bringing up problems in teams, where they can get help from other workers to find and implement a solution. TQM organizations primarily use three types of teams.

People make better connections with their colleagues and the
organization when they work in groups rather than individually. Teamwork relieves individual performance pressure and usually coaxes better performance from everyone.

Commitment and understanding from employees, it is critical to
ensure that all employees in your organization are aware of Total Quality Management policies and that they are an integral part of their work. Your employees should be aware of your corporate goals and understand their significance to the overall success of your organization. Employees must understand what is expected of them and why. It may seem obvious, but too often, management fails to emphasize this.
