I- Introduction
 The reason for carrying out our research focused on this topic is the important development of this technology and its growth in its
implementation in recent years in our country, since we have a great possibility of generating electricity from a relatively clean and infinite
source of energy such as solar energy.
It is proposed to supply the general services area of a building for residential use with a photovoltaic system. The project includes load
analysis, calculation of panel size as well as calculation of their number, and the efficiency produced by it, the orientation of the panels, the
shadow study and the effective peak hours. The Design of the system (inverter and regulator) and the infrastructure of the Photovoltaic
System (Material, Shape of the structure, grounding.
By carrying out an area and feasibility study to propose an alternating energy generation system by photovoltaic means, it is expected to
be able to generate and offer sufficient electrical demand capacity to power electrical systems called general services, which include the
water heating system since it is an electrical system, the water pumping system or cistern, corridor and parking lights as well as elevators
and security systems, among others.

II. Proposed Converter and FLC System III. Simulation/Experimental Results

The residential building constructed in the city of Cuenca, This section details the results obtained from the socio-energy
obtained a growing demand of consumption, among which we have survey carried out in the Goya building and the subsequent
the use of water heating systems that are equipment with a relatively simulations performed with the PVsyst program for the different
high electrical power, pumps for water distribution from the cistern scenarios considered, the results have been divided as follows:
to the points of consumption, groundwater expulsion pumps,
Data analysis.
lighting of common areas, security systems and access control,
Orientation and inclination of the photovoltaic system.
among others.
Simulations.
Feasibility analysis.
All this is summarized in an increase of the electric energy bill
supplied by the public network, so this project is carried out with the
objective of proposing an alternative to solve this small
inconvenience.

The Goya Building is located between 3 de Noviembre Ave. and ENERGIA

ELÉCTRICA
Calle de los Naranjos, in the San Sebastián parish of the Cuenca
canton.

The property has electric service through a 3F4H meter at 220V-

127V, served by a conventional three-phase private station of 100
KVA.

IV. Conclusion
The application of solar energy through photovoltaic systems has a
great future as a type of alternative energy. Furthermore, with the
advance technology will reduce the cost per panel, as well as its
installation, thus giving greater availability for companies as well as
for homes of all sectors of society. It is also seen in the future that
with photovoltaic windows and solar panels on the roof, electric cars
could be fully autonomous, even with the current efficiency of the
organic cells.
