Question one

Employees should refrain from utilizing office property for personal use even when there

are no such policies prohibiting the use of workplace computers for such activities. The choice

would have an effect on the person in question, me, and other staff members. This choice has

implications for the ideals of the organization. Because there are no such policies, to do nothing.

to kindly request the letter writer to stop engaging in these behaviors going forward. The second

choice is the most logical because an employee shouldn't exploit company property for private

use. I would find a solution by requesting that the letter writer refrain from doing so in the future

without my consent. I used my own judgment and I relied on my personal and professional

values to make the decision. It would set an example for other employees working in the office.

Question two

I won't book the employer's representative and his wife on an all-inclusive Caribbean trip.

It's indeed unethical behavior that can put the deal in jeopardy. It is unethical because it

essentially constitutes bribery. Giving away bribes can start to happen more frequently since it

sets a harmful precedent. The representative's actual employer makes the final choice, so even if

we don't bribe him, we still stand a chance of closing the contract.

Making the simple decision to bribe the agent has numerous potential drawbacks. The

following is a list of them: The agreement may fall through if the employer learns about the all-

expenses paid trip since he will not support this unethical activity. This bribe may be used as

evidence against us and as future blackmail by the representative. Giving agents bribes in

exchange for business has the potential to go viral and entirely ruin an organization's reputation.

With such leaks, future deals could be at danger.

I've decided not to give the representative the all-paid cruise to the Caribbean after considering

the potential consequences of doing so.

I will not approve the purchase. It is corrupt to pay for the customer's and his wife's all-inclusive

cruise. In the corporate environment, corruption is an illegal and immoral practice. He might use

that incident as blackmail after getting the client to sign the contract to force me to do anything

he wants. Additionally, because I have shown to him that I was capable of corruption, the

customer will keep using corruption against me in future commercial transactions.
