Centuries
Historians usually reckon time in centuries. A century is a periods
of one hundred years. However it is important to understand how
reckoning time in centuries works. For example we who live in the
years two thousand and something, say we live in the twenty first
century.

The year 501 to the year 600 is the sixth century A.D.
