the resume and ask recruiting manager for further approval

H1B- NEVER talk with the candidate about the rate expectation or discuss rate. Ask them to provide Employers
information and call to employer about rates. Confirm the rates with the employer over an email, take separate RTR
confirmation with the candidate (without rate information)
