    Contract Position

    • Candidate is an employee of the


    Staffing company, working onsite
    with the client.
    Permanent Position

    • There is no end date for this


    job type.

    • Client handles the payroll.

    • Candidate is an employee of
    Client.
    Contract to Hire Position (C2H or C2P)

    • Initially a Contract position. Based


    on the performance / client needs
    can be converted into permanent
    position.

    • During the Contractual period


    Staffing company manages the
    payroll.

    • When its converts into permanent,


    Client manages the payroll.
    Full-Time and Part-
    Time

    • Full Time Job: Candidate can work for 40


    hr/week or more.

    • Part time Job: Candidate can work fewer


    hours in then the full-time job. Generally it
    is 20 hr/week or less.
