Report on Environmental impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

1.0 Brief Introduction

The COVID-19 outbreak is a global tragedy. Hundreds of thousands have died,
healthcare systems are buckling, and the future is uncertain for millions of people whose
livelihoods are collapsing. The biggest lesson is that COVID-19 is more than an illness.
It is a symptom of the ailing health of our planet.
Creating a detailed report on how coronavirus pandemic has affected the
Industrial activities, Air quality, Water quality, Wildlife’s and habitats, Noise level,
energy demands and also the negative affect of the pandemic on the environment.
The report is created to show how the planet’s health, and therefore our health, is
deteriorating rapidly. And nature, just like a human, can only take so much before things
reach the point of collapse.

2.0 Aim of the Micro-Project

1. Creating a Detailed Report on Environmental impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
2. Browsing the internet and assembling the information on how the pandemic has affected
not only the human lives but the environment also.
3. The positive and negative affect of the pandemic on the environment.

5.0 Selection of Project

The sole purpose of creating the report is to show effects of the ongoing pandemic and also some
indirect positive impacts. Virus outbreaks often have large negative impacts on human health but
changes in people’s way of life due to outbreak responses may serve as demonstrations of
possible positive changes for the environment, health of humans, animals and the ecosystem.It
serves as an example that changes in travel and production quickly and distinctly can improve air
quality, and can reduce the carbon footprint which will translate to improved environmental
health.
