Title: Sr. Consultant / Sr. Pricing Analyst, Global Pricing

Reporting: Director Finance, Int’l Finance COE

Location: Expleo, Pune

Role:

- Working, validation & review of Pricing of business proposals for assigned Business Units
- Cross functional working with Country Finance, FP&A, Business Unit Sales & Delivery, HR, IT etc.
to ensure timely & accurate analysis, presentation to Mgmt.
- Periodical review of Sold vs Delivered Margins, What If analysis etc. in co-ordination with
Country Finance & FP&A teams
- Supporting in development of Pricing template, tool including process simplification &
automation
- Understanding industry trends, benchmark for meaningful comparison & analysis
- Assisting with trainings on Pricing policy & process to Sales and other departments
- Adhoc support for Pricing reports, analysis etc.

Requirements:

- CA / CMA / CPA with 8 to 10 years of experience in Global Pricing function with IT MNCs
- Extensive knowledge & practical experience in Global Pricing
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Collaborate with cross functional teams & work in matrix reporting structure
- Expertise in MS Office & good understanding of ERPs (Oracle, SAP etc.)
- Attention to accuracy & details is required
- Ability to work in fast paced & dynamic working environment
- Required to work in European shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST)
