Introduction
The business that we interviewed is all about
selling a bio sanitary pad through promoting it to
the friends and neighbourhoods and selling it
through the original process which is displaying the
product in an open place. According to Vivian
Castañeda, the person we interviewed, running a
business is not easy because it takes a lot of self-
discipline, determination and courage to even
develop a thought of handling a business problems
and challenges that would arise in the future.
Marketing is really not easy because we need to
perform the four elements called the 4P’s of
marketing which are the Product, Price, Place, and
Promotion in order to be successful in dealing
business proposals and in increasing the profits and
the sales in the future.
Strategies

Types of Strategies Respondent’s Statement

Financial Bonds  In serving our customers, we are honest


about the price of each products and not
greedily increasing the prices so that
they can afford to buy it.

Social Bonds  Through sales talk, we’re introducing


our product to them and also telling its
benefits and advantages if they
purchase those.

Customization Bonds  We accept positively their feedbacks


about our product and use those to
improve more our service. I also
communicate to them in a very
approachable and nice way so that we
could gain their trusts.

Structural Bonds  Teamwork is our main ingredients to


overcome the problems and challenges
that would arise in the future. Through
the help of my family and through the
feedbacks of the customers, I able to
improve the quality of the products and
because of that, I gained their loyalty.
Conclusion

Therefore, some of the strategies that


our respondent uses in her business are not all
functioning well. Some strategies were not
useful but some like sales talking are really
useful in running a business especially when the
customers trust you about the quality and
quantity of the product itself. This interview
proved that strong customer’s relationship
towards the owner is the most basic foundation
of marketing yet it’s hard to earn because the
owner needs a long patience and undying
passion to gain customer’s loyalty.
