• Please Attach a copy of your previous CAIE result.
• Photocopy of paid fee slip of CAIE.
• Attach a copy of CNIC or Passport (Expiry date should be after June 2023)
• Please fill this form accurately as per the information given on your “Passport or National Identity
Card”. Learners must have the same ID document on exam day.
• The school will not take responsibility for any error/mistake found later on in the result certificates.
• CAIE charge a fee for changes made within a particular time, after that they do not entertain any requests
to change the student’s basic information. (Name, Gendered, DOB & ID number)
• No changes or drop of any subject requests will be entertained after the issuance of SOE’s.
• Two recent passport size pictures with white background must be attached.
• Student must have the National Identity Card/Smart Card (Pakistani National) or Passport (Non-
Pakistani National) on the exam days. No other form of identity will be accepted by the British Council
team.

Note: Any student failing to attain 60% marks in any subject of Mock Examination will not be
considered for CAIE May/June 2023 registrations.

Important Deadlines:
• Distribution of registration forms: Monday 2 nd January 2023.
• Submission of registration forms with required documents: Friday 6th January 2023.
• Deadline for payment of fee without late fee: Monday 16th January 2023. Any payments made after the
deadline will be treated as late and subject to the appropriate extra late fee.
• Deadline for Course Works/Projects & Art portfolios submission is Monday 3rd April 2023.

Note: Penalty fees for late submissions (entry for new subjects or change of syllabus after final entry closing dates)
are charged per candidate per syllabus in addition to the normal syllabus fee which is Rs 15005.
